Out of love for Kraków

About us

Who are we?

About us

We’re people who love travel, good food, art and Kraków. We created Horizon Apartments to share that energy with guests from all over the world. We wanted to build places we’d happily come back to ourselves.

Our passion is hospitality — genuine, unforced and attentive to every detail. We believe details create an atmosphere in which you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. We turn that passion into stays you’ll remember long after the trip is over.

Our philosophy

get to know us

We create places full of warmth, freedom and good energy while keeping to premium hotel standards. Comfortable beds, high-quality mattresses, well-equipped kitchens, carefully chosen furnishings and meticulous preparation before every stay are the foundation of how we work.

We combine high hotel standards with the warmth of a private apartment and take care of every detail of your stay. Comfortable beds, thoughtfully designed interiors, local recommendations and personal care mean our guests can simply slow down and enjoy the city.

Horizon Apartments

Frequently asked questions

See how we approach comfort and design — and why you’ll feel at home with us in Kraków.

Do all your apartments look the same?

Not at all — we don’t believe in repetition. At Horizon Apartments we think travel should inspire, so each of our interiors has its own character, style and story. Alongside timeless, understated elegance you’ll find bold spaces inspired by contemporary art, pop art and design. We like to play with colour and form, creating places that become part of your trip.

What equipment can I expect?

A distinctive design never means compromising on comfort. Whatever the style, all our apartments share the same premium standard: very comfortable hotel beds, top-quality mattresses, fully equipped kitchens and carefully chosen details. Our foundation is meticulous preparation before every stay.

How do you combine hotel standards with a private flat?

You get the freedom, warmth and good energy of your own apartment in central Kraków, together with the service you’d expect from a great hotel. Nobody interrupts your day, but if you need anything extra, we’re close at hand. We create places you’ll simply want to come back to.

Can I bring my pet?

Of course. Travelling with pets is no problem for us. We have a selection of pet-friendly apartments prepared for stays with a four-legged friend. Just let us know when you book and we’ll make sure you and your pet have everything you need.

Your Horizon team

We host you the way we like to be hosted

We believe the small things make the best memories. Before you cross the threshold, we make sure everything is ready down to the last detail. We put ourselves in our guests’ shoes and prepare each interior the way we’d want to find it after a long journey. Thoughtful design, homely warmth and real comfort let you unwind the moment you walk in — you simply feel you’re in the right place.

You get complete freedom and privacy, while we’re always there in the background. We stay in touch throughout — from a smooth check-in and a tip for a great local restaurant to arranging extra services. Horizon isn’t an anonymous place to sleep; it’s real people making sure your time in Kraków is carefree. If you need anything during your stay, just let us know.
